Hello From your requirements i felt like the proposed project will be big and time consuming, as it looks like an hybrid version of many other social websites. Apart from coding and testing we have to focus on the site speed / performance also. Else this can be a failure. I am interested in taking up the project and would like to know more about the same. The quote i have added is something unreal as we donno how long the work will go. Elance fees) is at USD 30/hour for development & USD 35/hour for a part time scrum master.
