We are looking to have a simple iPhone and Android application build that can be continunally developed and eveolved into a large application that can be used by both our staff and customers. Auto Parts ordering: Customer can take photos of their vehicle (the damage or of the part of their vehicle they need a part or accessory of) and upload them with a simple parts request. Take a photo of the car (1-6 photos), take a photo of the VIN, select year, make, model, sub model...etc and then list the parts they are looking for (replacement parts or upgrade accessories for trucks and cars). Click submit and the request comes to our email for our staff to reply either through the application OR by phone/email. Customer must create a quick account with their information (wholesale or retail customer) which would be: name, tel #, email, address, vehicle information. Online chat? Salvage Car Customers can also select "sell my car" where they can upload photos and information about their vehicle (year, make, model, photos, mileage, VIN (photo of VIN to make easier), location...etc) and submit to our "salvage" division for us to quote either by the APP or by call or by email. Customers can also watch our YouTube educational videos to learn more about how we operate. Online chat?
