1. This is my pet project within the organization I am working in 2. Ability to upload corporate Holiday videos by Department 3. Only selected few admins and 100's of users 4. Need to have the application developed for Apple, Android and Desktop's 5. Once the application is developed, it needs to be tested as well for both functionality and Performance. This will be again given to a 3rd party which is not the developer 6. All operations should be performed in Amazon or MS cloud serivices. No servers should be required 7. Database to store user information and Admin data load should be MYSQL or something similar 8. Attached are the requirements. Please review and let me know you quotes
