Write an educational mock test simulation Android application

I am looking for an educational app which can simulate multiple objective type questions & answers for any competitive exams, with a time counter & storing the result history & performance graph. The app should be able to accept csv / excel format questions & related answers as an input from the users. The minimum questions & answers loadable, should not be less that 2000 in count. The app settings should have an option for Negative marks (Yes/No), Timing (Limited (in Minutes)/ Unlimited), User alterable category for mock test (Exam name), Select the load template file, Option to call calculator from the test screen. (Open to discuss the limitations & further enhancements on the project)
