150638 fantasy football database

I have a fantasy football (soccer) site that I ran manually last year from forms and spreadsheets. I need to upgrade the site to run from a database. I have MySQL database with my account. Key requirements are Admin area to set up players and set budget prices etc, also in this area need to enter scores week to update teams scores. This area need only be accessed by admin. Players then need to be able to select a team at the start of the season, make transfers at controlled points of the season. Transfer will need to controlled as some are free and some have to paid for so need some sort of password control. Players should be able to view thier team details at anytime after entering thier username and password, so obviously membership database needs including. I have 2 MySQL databases with my account if required, would prefer to only use 1 for this project though. Results and league tables need to be displayed and a search function to find your team is required. Last year we had over 900 teams entered so needs to be able to handle more than this. I will scope out exact requirements in seperate document for those interested in working on this. The site is free to play so my budget is limited and we are running at a loss so far, but I have big plans for the site and this development is only stage 1. I need to find someone that will work with me only the next couple of changes and can understand that budget is limited at this point. I think for the people with the right skills my requirement is fairly basic. You tell me. Thanks
