ECLINICALWORKS encrypted\encoded progress note extraction

I know where the notes are, they are stored in a encrypted\encoded format in one of the tables. I can extract them but the ascii text that makes the note data is all encoded by some hash or something. I need someone who is familiar with the method used to encode the data and can provide a method to decode DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH THIS APPLICATION AND JUST THINK YOU CAN DECODE ANYTHING
