Internal Business Solutions Senior Analyst

Major ResponsibilitiesSummary of the role Identify, deliver and manage internal business solution software supporting the internal customers needs while keeping the processes and tools as standard and integrated as [login to view URL]• Performance Management (Planning, Controlling)• Support globally all Internal Customers including Commercial Offices and Central Sites (all Regions, all Business Lines, all Functions)Main responsibilities Automated Solution Identification:• Based on high level business requirements, recommend potential solutions to Demand Management and Architecture groups during the feasibility study and provide with high level sizing• Advise internal customers on potential solutions  Functional Design:• Collect and review the detailed business specifications with internal customers• Analyse the detailed impact on existing processes and on the usage of existing tools supporting these processes• Define functional requirements of the solution using standard solutions whenever possible  Solution construction:• Validate detailed functional requirements with internal customers and solution team to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations• Validate technical requirement with the Internal Business Solution Architect/Developer and support development team during the software implementation• Follow up and monitor the overall construction of the solution• Ensure the execution of end to end functional/non-regression/performance tests• Coordination user acceptance tests• Produce user documentation and educational materials (including user communications) to facilitate user understanding and adoption• Implement and test solution customization  Solution maintenance and support:• Perform the application functional support (customer/production)• Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance  Project coordination/management• Deliver the agreed solution on-time, within budget and according to specifications• Lead the solution delivery project team through the definitios, planning phases, then monitor and control the project to completion using Project Management methodology (Amameth)• Responsible for problem resolution, risk management and project successRequirements, Customizing in SAP, Unit Test, preparation of UAT scenarios, etc./ Experience in SAP PS and PPM a plus / Experience in a Finance or Controlling function as SAP expert user a plus    • Skills And Knowledge    • English    • Accountability & Proactivity    • Adaptability / Flexibility    • Analytical Thinking    • Building Relations    • Communication    • Customer Focus    • Years of experience:  At least 5 years experience as SAP FICO Consultant / Expert    • Education:University degree in Business or Scientific studies• SAP FICO certified a plus    • Business Understanding: Financial knowledge (Profit & Lost, Capex, Balance Sheet, etc)    • Others: Proven experience in large deployments, cross sites organizations, outsourcing environments are strong plus    • Specific Knowledge:Experience in documentation of business requirements, Project management experience, Ability to easily adapt to fast-paced environment    • Computing:Proven experience in SAP CO deployments / maintenance activities:collection and documentation of Business Requirements, preparation of Functional-
