QA testing

Primary skills<br /><br />•    4+ years of relevant experience with QA testing.<br />•    Good (intermediate to upper-intermediate) written and verbal English communication skills<br /><br /><br />Good to have skills<br />•    Experience with Agile (Scrum / RUP / Kanban) methodology<br />•    Experience / exposure to Automation tools - such as QTP / Selenium<br /><br />Responsibilities of the role<br />• Learn the business from the internal operations and external customer perspectives, teach your colleagues about the business, and advocate for the business's needs.<br />• Interact directly with stakeholders to identify and evaluate requirements and improvement opportunities and explain issues.<br />• Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. <br />• Analyze impact and risks of proposed solutions across the business, develop user stories and acceptance criteria to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to the rest of the feature team, recommend risk mitigations and contribute a business or process perspective during the software development process. <br />• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria from all stakeholders, including Operations and IT Support, are represented. <br />• Document detailed functional requirement specifications and ensure proper coverage of the business requirements. <br />• Plan and execute manual testing using "production-like" test coverage and data to ensure the intended benefits are achieved.<br />• Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation for internal and external users.<br /><br /><br /><br />Benefits<br />•    Prepaga OSDE 310 (Plan Familiar)<br />•    Bono Annual de Desempeño<br />•    Descuentos en clases de Idioma en el CUI<br />•    Descuentos en Megatlon (Plan Classic Plus/Platinum)<br />
