Logo Design for High Tech Programmer's Site

Design a new High Tech Logo for a Programmer's B2B Web Site where Programmers and Clients make Task-Talent match-ups in an open auction environment searching for Technical Programmers to complete certain Requests for Proposals and Coding Projects from Clients Aspects to be covered and included in the logo design: 1) A world globe representing both the World Wide Web and the truly International aspects of the task-talent auction site accompanied by moving messages circling this globe like electrons around the nucleus of an Atom 2) A moving handshake stretching either across or around the Globe or from one end of this globe to the other (one hand should perhaps be from North America and the other perhaps should be from Asia, South America or India) until the two hands meet at the Equator and embrace in a firm animated handshake 3) Either International Flags, multi-cultural faces from all races or some combination of the two should also be incorporated in this animated logo 4) The logo should also have another universal symbol for technical components besides the World Wide Web Globe like a personal computer, a mainframe, multiple international currency signs going from side of the Globe to the other (like the Yen, Pound and US dollar signs all recognizable), a web server, an International Global network showing various hop points, etc. whatever your creativity can conceive. If it is possible to incorporate the Open Bidding or Auction aspects of the site that would be great but it can not be gaudy, tacky or preposterous. Only include auction aspects after communicating with me Please send me examples of your high-tech animated logos (with video and audio) well BEFORE the bidding deadlines so I can consider all options or send me to web sites where these logos are located. ## Deliverables The logo should be in some universally editable graphics format like a PNG portable network graphics file which is preferred. You also have to suggest a graphics editing program I could purchase to make small changes to this logo or to add words or objects to the logo after the fact. The graphics editor has to be effective, inexpensive and available quickly. And the logo has to be delivered in a format which can be imported into this editor quickly and easily for a novice to add words and phrases or objects. There should be graphical animations from Adobe like network messages traveling around the globe looking like electrons traveling around the nucleus of an atom. Or one hand stretching from India to North America to in an elongating fashion then shaking hands when a deal is struck. Both emails and phone messages and chat going on around and across the globe until the software is completed and shown running in various countries across the globe. The server in England, the eCommerce shop in North America and customers from China, Russia and South America. Technical background sounds should also be present and even some sort of Star Wars like theme music if possible but not any copyrighted music. You get the idea. We can discuss the exact words to be included as well including website name, company name or other identifying items including a flashing hyperlink to the company's actual website. I plan to award this project to 2-3 successful bidders and pay them all just to be sure that we get the best of the best results, so do not be afraid to bid on this.
