Artwork cleanup and vector conversion for coloring book

We have 19 freehand drawings (black ink) that have been scanned for a coloring book. The scans need minor cleaning up (just a few specs and spots here and there) and then converted to vector format so that they are a sharp black. Files should be returned to us in EPS or AI format. This should be a pretty simple job using Illustrator's trace utility, but I simply do not have the time at the moment to make sure that the tracing is smooth and accurate so I'm hoping for some help from YOU!
