363169 Website 68 Classified PHP

Hello, I want to use 68 Classifieds as my classified engine along with their Fluid Template [login to view URL] (unless someone can offer another idea), as it seems easy to operate i.e drag and drop features. It comes with some modules included but I would like all of the # items below included, which I can't seem to get 68C to provide all at once. I am really asking for a turn key site. I am not a techy or programmer, but know what I want and just want to open my classified store with desired operating features. I have a host package with host papa and own my domain name. I have attached a sample color palette for website to compliment. I can provide the header and logo to be added to the 68C fluid template or your own design. The following is a list of add ons or modules I would want incorporated. Some of these already come with the 68C Fluid template while others are available here and there from people who are familiar with 68C. 1. I want to be able to blog through word press, have a button on navigation or? 13. Oodle IPA and site feed 14. Ability for commercial advertisers to place advertisements and pay for their Ads. The Fluid design only allows for 4 Ad spots, I want the site to offer more placements 15. Real Estate category to be identifying quickly, big part of the classifieds yet not to take away from other categories 16. Site to support my Blogs which I will likely use wordpress, unless you have another suggestion. 17. SEO Please provide live samples of working 68 classified sites you have done and/or other classified sites.
