ASP.NET Backoffice remove DB usage

Hello, I have a very simple back office that display cards from parameters passed to a simple web service in real time, currently the back-office using MSSQL to store temporary the cards received by the web service and display them on preview page. • I would like to remove the MSSQL usage from the back-office. The web-service should store/read from Global memory variable. • The users for login should be stored in config file.
