Dashboard subscription web site for Future comodities trading

Web site Users. Future commodities traders individuals or companies Business Idea The web site will have a general page showing the history for last month performance summary for major commodities in graph and data and trading signals displayed as dashboard. Each subscriber will have his own customized dashboard where he can see the signals for the requested commodities. The customer of the web site needs to subscribe for a trial period of 1 week for 10USD. The subscription approval is subject to owner approval. I should get all requests on a subscriber management page and approve who ever I want and view the subscription. I want to make sure the user is not sharing the subscription in any other machine. I want also to make sure he is not opening the web site from a hosted server and giving access illegally. I want to have the web site secure from Hackers. I want to have the web site accepts credit cards payments and Paypal. Subscription plan will be one month 150, 2 month 250, 3 month 350, trial 1 weak 30 USD I want to secure the emails that I sent with the signals. I want them to be encrypted and they can only see it in the web site. Now all the signals are generated from my secure platform which is Metastock, metastock can send email for each commodity. Now the application will be sending emails from all commodities selected we cannot segregate. I want the emails to filtered and sent to the subscribers as per their subscribed list.
