Photo uploads with auto resize and categories

This project is something we need for one of our clients who is a building constructor who wants to show pictures of his houses on his website. We need a coder who can build an **ASP-application with an ACCESS database** that we can put into his website. _**Meaning of the application:**_ ** Admin area** - If the administrator wants to upload a photo to his website, he first has to choose a category for it (this can be for example: wood, aluminium, renovation,..etc) - When he uploads the photo, this one is automatically resized to a thumbnail (150x113) and to a larger picture (350 x 263) - No need for protection on the ASP-pages, we will do this ourselves **Public area** - On the public page which corresponds to the the category (for example [login to view URL]), the tumbnail is displayed, when the user clicks the tumbnail, the bigger picture is displayed on a new page (target=_self) with a back-button. - Maximum 20 thumbnails on one page - On the bottom of the page indicators to move the following page (<< 1 - 2- 3 - 4 - 5 - ... >>) - We host our sites at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
