Registry Cleaner - Software

Hi we are looking to make our registry cleaner software . Following are the guidelines : * Windows Registry Cleaner: ensures system stability, configuration and performance is optimal. * Device Driver Cleanup: frees up hard disk space and boosts system performance by removing device drivers that are no longer in use. * Startup Program Optimization: removes unnecessary programs being loaded at startup to allow for faster system booting. * Spyware search and destroy * Adware search and destroy * It will have a buy now feature in the trial software. The trial software will search for registry issues, spyware, adware but will not fix them until software is purchased and software is licensed. * The software will need to be brandable to our software title ( 3 versions - same functionality but different names). With simple licensing - a static serial code will do and all the users will be supplied with the same serial. * Buy now feature of software can be purchased though website. * Backup and Restore system as well for end user when modifying / updating / fixing registry Looking forward for your bids. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work with all versions of windows.
