We have the spyware/adware eliminating software. We're lookign to improve accuracy of the software's performance by developing an ongoing relationship with a firm dedicated to developing and maintaing the best, most accurate spyware/adware definitions database on the planet! We have an extensive website with over 22,000 pages dedicated to our current spyware list. We're wanting to scrap the whole thing with a much better list provided by the coder to whom we grant the winning bid. Database must be thorough and include the following: - Spyware or adware name - the category or "type" of spyware that it is (ex.: Spyware, Adware, hijacker, Toolbar, RAT, P2P, Trojan, Worm, etc.) - a definition (encyclopedic, dictionary-type) for each threat - The associated REG KEYS for the spyware or adware - the file names associated with the spyware or adware - - The type of file each file name is (ex.: exe, file, dll, directory) - - the associated MD5 for same - the author of the adware or spyware - anything else winning coder might have researched and included into current works that they deem relevent and pertinent information to provide analysts who might visit our corporate site. What we DON'T WANT: - screen scrapes from competitor's websites/databases Winning bidder MUST match database tables and column names to our current structure so we don't have to rewrite all of our server-side code that integrates our current database with our website. We only need to data...no other work. Obviously, we're looking to work with a firm who will continually update their database and provide these additions on an ongoing basis.
