Mini Content Managment System

1. Purpose of project: To allow laymen to edit text and graphics on a pre determine set of htm pages layout created by a super user. The aim is to allow the user to edit content by themselve by simple 2 steps: a) login b) Choose the page they want to edit c) edit by directly clicking on the content d) preview e) Post Module 1: Super User manage accounts and create a set of html pages layout for each user. Auto create the site map with the number of pages and header. Module 2: SuperUser can set the type with a simple WYSIWYG html creator. Determine Style sheet and background. A set of style sheet format and backgrounds will be pre loaded into individual folders. System will have to choose the responding style formation and buttons for each project. Module 3: User can edit the content ( text and graphics on a specific area. Other considerations for further expansion: 1. allow user to add in charging modules by number of different pages of different types of pages. Source code to be provided for us to maintain. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Java if you suggest other platform, kindly state a reason.
