Start-up recipe site needs recipe content. The site will be marketed to individual who desire healthy, wholesome recipes. Wholesome as in: * Little refined sugars, trans fatty acids and processed foods, dressings, marinades and * More whole wheat, healthy fats and oils, and common spices An example would be any salad mixture recipe, add grilled shrimp sautéed in a tablespoon of olive oil mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice with an olive oil/red wine vinegar dressing. Instead of: Caesar Salad breaded chicken cutlet, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, etc. Need meal/entrée recipes, dish recipes, breakfast recipes, wholesome desert recipes, soup recipes, salad recipes, and sandwich recipes. Will be looking for recipes that fit numerous types of diets (primarily high protein, low carb, low fat and balanced 40/30/30) Each recipe must meet the following criteria to be accepted 1) include no more than 4 pantry items 2) include no more than 6 grocery items 3) total cook-time and prep time of under 40 minutes for entrées and 15 for breakfast 4) Fairly simple to cook ??" Final delivery must be in MS Access database format with fields separated in such a format that enables: 1) Calculate changes to serving size 2) Standardization of pantry items and grocery items Basically “amount?? “unit of measurement?? and “Pantry/Grocery Item?? must be in separate fields for each ingredient and “recipe serving size?? “cook time?? “prep time?? “step by step prep directions?? “and “step by step cooking directions?? must be in separate fields. Bidders will need to list a bid amount and the number of recipes they will provide for that amount. Each recipe will be reviewed individually. Buyer reserves the right to reject any recipe and reduce compensation by a proportionate amount. Recipes must be original content and publishable with buyer name as the author. All deliverables will be considered “work for hire?? under U.S. Copyright law.
