Add Subroutine to Upload a Picture and store it in database

I have an Adult oriented dating website developed from an RapidClassifieds ads template ([login to view URL]). I need to modify one area that will allow banner advertisers to not only upload the banner (which they can do now) but which will also allow them to upload 1 picture too. The template is written in Visual Basic and the site is hosted on a Windows ASP server and uses a MySql database. The modification routine I am looking for is written in ASP or ASP "Classic". I am hoping to find someone familiar with this classified ads template. Please check the software supplier's site for any additional details regarding questions you may have about the environment that the template was written in. ------------------------------------------- What SHOULD happen is: after the user attaches their banner image in “step 1?? of “[login to view URL]?…. they should then be taken to ( “[login to view URL]? ?) where they would upload the image/picture of their business storefront/location. …. then they should be returned to “step 2?? in Advertise.asp. to input business name and location and coupon data. What CURRENTLY happens now, is: after the user attaches their banner image in “step 1?? of “[login to view URL]?…. they are then be taken to “step 2?? in advertise.asp. to input business name and location and coupon data. Then once the routine allows for successfully storing the image data in the MySql record, a hyperlinked button is created from the data record then when "clicked" by the user appears in a pop-up window. This routine for the pop-up window already exists. However, the data is not being input and stored in the data record. Familiarity with the RapidClassifieds template and the "[login to view URL]" page , would be very helpful. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. The task involves using an image upload routine already written. This routine needs to me modified to upload an additional image and store it in a database...then return the user to another section of the page where they will input additional user data that is stored in the database record.
