Edits to warforge Links Script

I already have it installed at: [login to view URL] I have made a few minor changes to the script however I require you to do the following... 1. Link Rotation - I require the links to rotate every 10 minutes or every pageload, both the "featured proxies" and "submitted proxies" on www.kortaz.com. This means the same links will not be at the top of the page all the time. 2. E-Mail Input - I require the "Add Your Proxy" to have an e-mail input so the users e-mail address will be visible in the admin control panel and also editable. 3. Links open in new window - I require the links on the site to open in a new window. I can provide you ftp access to [login to view URL] to edit the files providing you have good ratings on Rent-A-Coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
