forum upgrade - phase 2

Hi, This is a repost, as the last coder didn't read the spec properly, and couldn't complete the work. So, I can still get this completed on time. **I've tripled the budget** - so long as the project can be completed within 7 days. There isn't a lot of work involved, as most of the forum customisation has been completed. - I've attached the original spec (95% completed) and the new spec for this project - just didn't finish the integration with 1SC which is covered in the new spec. So we don't wast each others time 1. Please read the entire spec before bidding 2. Please only bid if you're confident working with forums Finally - there is 1 addition to the spec. I need a simple mechanism to refund clients (I already heve a payment gateway etc to do this with payments) but I need to to be able to do this in the forum, so that the reports etc. are updated. Also, once the work has been completed to spec, I require ~2 days to test myself (after which point I'll release 50% of payment, subject to OK test results) and then I'll need a further 2 weeks to test. Will supply passwords etc once project is awarded. Mark ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
