Link-Exchange for vBulletin

I linke a little Link-Exchange-System for a typo3-Webiste with a vBulletin-Forum. The whole thing can (but not must) be handeled by vBulletin. The link-Exchange should work like this: - Each User can download (copy&paste) his individual HTML-Code for putting the Banner-Rotator on his side. - Each User can put his desired Link, the page, where he will put the banner-Rotator and his grafic/banner/logo into his Userdata. - The banners/logos should all be splitted. I Like to have on ALL the banners a small Button/part on it that refers to my side and to the link/exchange. - All the links should direct to my domain and be redirected then. I like to get a good Google-PR with that. ;-) - I like a little statistics behind that. Only little: How often did the rotator show up on his page and how often his banner was showing up on other websites. I just like to have an take/give-ratio. - The banner-showings should depend on the ratio. In percentage. Just the easy way. I only want to make sure, that nobody is making profit on dead sites and that somebody, that makes really good advertisement, also gets really good advertisement. Is much easier than it sounds. I think it just does sound that complicated because of my bad english. ;-) Best wishes, Julian! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
