I require a link manager to create proper incoming one-way and reciprocal links for 6 websites on an ongoing basis using the software LinkAssistant. The software needs to be setup for these 6 current sites. Three have direct FTP access that allows the software to upload page changes. Three other sites must be accessed by password and changed files are manually uploaded. Two of the sites are new.
Please give me a desired monthly payment with an estimated number of links that can be created per site on a monthly basis.
Links must link to websites that
- are site relevant.
- have equal or greater pagerank as the site with none less than a PR3.
- are individual websites; no directories or farms may be used.
- have respectable content. No adult, hate-oriented or distatesful content.
The LinkAssistant software sends out email and will automatically verify the existance of an inbound link.
Links must be checked periodically by the software and recpicrocal links be removed when they no longer exist as inbound links.
A trial period of 30 days from the start of the project will be given. At least 40% of estimated links need to be in place by end of first two weeks.
After the trial period, either of us my opt to end the project.
Payment will be based on completed percentage of links determined by the total links obtained the previous month without exceeding the agreeded monthly maximum compensation.
At the end of the project, you will turn over to me all link contact info and LinkAssistant files.
I'm open to suggestions regarding this project that may change the specs.
