Motorized Rotating Stand

Motorized Rotating Stand I would like a DC motorized, remote controlled rotating stand/turntable designed and prototyped. It can vary in size from a 4?? diameter to 8?? diameter circular platform and must meet the following criteria: DC Motor input = 6v, 9v or 12v Motor or gears capable of rotating platform with as much as 20 lbs load with minimal rotating speed impact. (I.e./ Well torqued 6v DC motor with direct drive shaft centered in rotating platform, which is mounted on a ball-bearing turntable [lazy Susan] ??" as an example) Remote stop and start actuation (can be wireless or wired remote such as a 4-pack AA battery case with on/off switch). If wired remote, length of wire run must be 12 to 15 feet without significant voltage drop. Rotating speed must be constant at 0.5 RPM or 1 RPM. Or this can be variable and controlled by operator. There can be no jerky motions during start/stop of rotation. The finished product must be safe for consumers to use and utilize a closed housing for the motor and any soldered connections, gears, etc. The prototype must be reproducible utilizing publicly accessible parts totaling no more than $50 US. As part of the deliverables I require a complete parts list including manufacturer part number, cost, availability and ordering instructions. I will also need complete working design documents including technical drawings and schematics. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
