OsCommerce Setup and Tweak

I need someone to setup and/or repair this site: http://[[login to view URL]][1] She has a paypal account, but it is not pulling over the shipping address, also the taxes need to be setup on this site for her state, with instructions on how to do it for the future. The print invoice button at the end of a transaction needs fixed also. Then the last thing is when MSN cached the page it cached some junk, I need help resolving that as well. The coder will not be payed until the above problems are fixed 100%. Should be an easy job for someone that knows oscommerce and PHP/MySql.
