Redesiging and adding extra's to a phpBB based portal

In short order: *Design of a new custom template for a phpBB forum and portal, aimed at motoprcycle enthousiasts (racers) keywords are: Speed, Simplicity, easy navigable, modern. A few design aspects are in my head, but I 'm not an expert.... * the portal is EZ portal * there is an CMS system in the existing eZ portal, but the rightsmanagement has to be fixed, and th"e code has to be altered as well for some extra options. * Provinding some places to put a few banners. (phpAdsNew is running) * SEO has to be perfected. adding a site map, rss,... * The design of a manager -game, for the memebers of the site. people have to 'buy' components of a race team, (tyres, chassis, engine, rider 1, rider 2) by wich they earn points as a real championchip progresses. With these points, they earn 'cash' and can buy better components...) * Design of phpYellow to match the design of the rest of the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
