Rewrite code in UF12.com to fix errors

[login to view URL] is for users to submit a photo of something for sale. 1)Banner click to [[login to view URL]][1]. 2)Heidi Klum 2 button shows the Heidi Klum 1 photo and CATHERINE BELL 1 button shows photo of a child but the most essential change is to eventually allow users to upload a new photo. 3)Photos need to be handled in an organized way so that users can upload a photo with something to sell and include their email address so that they can be contacted. Users also need to have the option to pay a fee to Paypal to replace one of the photos which appear behind the pixels (but not photo #1). So the user could replace #2 to #20 but not #1. The administrator needs to know how to replace any photo and how to change the photo title (from Heidi Klum 2 to Carol 1 for example). 4)I have a traffic monitor which I want to install. It is not the coder’s responsibility if it does not work but I would like the coder to search the internet for another traffic monitor written in PHP if the one that I have does not work. 5)The coder will copy to 15 other domains for developing slightly different ideas.
