I have functionality that I want to be added to an existing ticket helpdesk script, that is for departments. This will involve creation of 2 things. One thing is the department fields to be added. and each ticket will belong to a particular department. And another thing is that there will be a new class of admins called 'operators' who belong to a particular department. And these operators can only see tickets belonging to their department. For this only a small filter has to be added to the search tickets page, such that only the tickets of the operator's department are searched for. And one screen has to be added showing all open tickets for that department. This is one functionality I want added. And second functionality I want added is that admin can define a particular email ID for a particular department, and when an email is sent to that email ID, it is converted into a ticket automatically. By default, when the helpdesk is installed there should be one department called 'support'. You csn copy these functionalities from other open source scripts, I have no problem with that.
