Simple C# windows service

A simple windows service which will run in the background and monitors the browser activity to extract emails. Requirements : 1) Should check all web pages which are opened and extract & store the following information in a database ( XML / MSAccess / csv ) a) Emails present on the browsed pages b) Webpage URL c) Time of record gathering 2) Should have a config file from where it can be configured to : a) Monitor / not monitor the browser ( true-false setting ) b) Exclude some URls to be monitored c) Exclude some emails to be stored 3) Must support IE and firefox versions 4) Must work on all pages opened by the user, including popups, tabs, new windows etc Please ask if any questions, doubts etc Must be made in C# / .Net 1.1 or 2.0 Escrow payment will be done but only will be released after thorough testing is passed and all source code is transferred. Our budget is limited and but if this is done eficiently by someone he will get an excellent review. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 5.0+ versions of IE and 2.0+ versions of Firefox"
