Website coder needed for simple application using Dreamweaver

The website that I am working on is based on Health and Exercise. I am building the site myself but need an application built to be used in it. If this requires the coder control over the structure and layout of the site that is Ok with me. The Idea: This exercise website will have an application (thats where you come in) that allows visitors to create there own work out plan by selecting any muscle or muscle group from a list (and picture of body with links over each muscle). Once this person selects the desired muscles or muscle groups it will take you to the next page of the application (website). This page will display the different exercises recommended for each muscle (ex: If I wanted to design my own workout plan and only do my arms and chest than I would select those on the list and hit the "Next" button, then it would show me what exercises to do for my biceps, triceps, forearms, chest each individually. This page will provide a picture and description of each exercise. Next I will hit the "Next" button again and goto the third page where it will show me a monthly calender and let me select what days I want to work out. Lets say I choose Monday and Friday. Now it will list on the monthly calendar that every Monday and Friday that I am doing arm curls for my biceps, lat pulls for my triceps, bench press for my chest, and wrist curls for my forearms.) I'm open to any innovative ideas and I'm looking forward to working with you. Thank you! A bit confusing I know. Please email me for a better description or more information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a)** For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.** b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Im using windows vista, and Dreamweaver 2004. This website should run on common IE browsers, Firefox, and Netscape at least.
