What parts of this project are within your expertise. Please let me know what's feasible, difficult, or expensive. Audience: Small businesses, mostly women or minority owned. Homemakers. Site Type: Informational. Content: Narrowly focused business information in specific area. Don't want a "too much of everything site." Want visitor to have hands-on info right away in a few, but key related categories. MUST BE SCALABLE so that I can add more costly features later without overhauling site. Key features: (1) Simplicity of navigation. Not endless loops of going all over the place and not remembering where you started. (2) Want to have links as reference and follow-up points, but not hypertext messily sprayed around the page. Membership upon small fee that also provides participation in Membership directory of services. I would like a little box that highlights certain items on membership site. No more than 2 or 3 words. E.g. Web Design. Golf Balls. Tutoring. This would be an inducement to sign up for membership. Could it be off on the side on the home page? (5) Membership directory database. (6)Area to post questions that are answered by other members. (7) Area For Jobs Available & Jobs Wanted ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
