Website rewrite php(repost)

I want my website ([login to view URL]) to be re-written in [login to view URL] site currently runs on Java.I also want some features added to the [login to view URL] following is a summary of the action required. 1.) Re-write existing functionality in [login to view URL] and feel to remains same.I will provide the web templates to be reused. 2.) Front page is currently [login to view URL] needs to be made dynamic so that content can be added via a content management [login to view URL] which is more than 1 month old is automatically archieved. 3.) There is an orange tab on the index page for highlighting the main [login to view URL] article is always highligted in an orange [login to view URL] should be an option to either highlight an article in orange or to display it as a normal [login to view URL] current article is dislodged once another article is selected to be in orange and will appear in the normal article, and archived once it is more than a month old. 4.) Captcha to be integrated with comments. 5.) I will provide the db schema and HTML to be reused. ## Deliverables The following pages/features are a part of the re-write. 1.) Index page. -- Content Management System for main [login to view URL] CMS should be such that there is a Master-Detail [login to view URL] index page should display only the header and first few lines and link to a detail screen for more details.I will provide the template for the HTML. -- There should be provision to push 1 article into the Orange tab on the index [login to view URL] an article is pushed, the old article in the orange tab is displayed as a normal article. -- As the posted articles get older (more than 1 month), they are [login to view URL] appear as 1 line urls on the index page. -- Observatory listing from the observatory table to be displayed on the main page as current functionality.I will provide you the db schema and the template for the listing [login to view URL] feature is not present on the current observatory listing page 2.) Add to Observatory [login to view URL] --Post your observation needs to be re-written in [login to view URL] collects data and inserts into tables.(If you want I can provide you the sql queries as well).You may be able to reuse the CMS for the Observatory page as the behaviour is almost the same. --Current Post your observation needs to have captcha integrated into the page.I have had a few hack attacks recently. --Email script to send email confirmation to the message poster.I can give you a working PHP script to send emails, in case you want. -- 3.) Discussion board for Observatory. --There is a bug in the current system and is does not display comments posted by users in response to the [login to view URL] component will display messages posted by users and threads under the [login to view URL] use any scripts [login to view URL] have a captcha as I have had a few attacks from this form. 4.) A new page for displaying the Observatory [login to view URL] user should be able to search observatory items based on search criteria entered (could also integrate google custom search for searching the observatory list).I will provide you with the HTML template. 5.) Please integrate captchas in every page that gets submitted. 6.)
