myspace/facebook site

I need someone with database experience, PHP/MYSQL, good programming skills, flash, html, the whole works. You must also have finished works that I can look at and evaluate. The site will be similar to myspace with all of the features that myspace offers. I'm not asking for a myspace clone. I want it better than myspace. If you have a ready made program that can be customized. That will be fine also. However I have about 7 premade programs that I purchased that just DID NOT WORK. So I am looking to hire someone to do some work and not just sit back and email me some trash. The fee will be paid once the site has been coded, installed customized and is working 100%. I do not have time to play around. So if you can do this NOW. Please bid. If you need to ask me basic questions on the design features. Then it is clear that this project is not for you. If you are familiar with myspace and how it works. Please bid. The site will offer free webpages to the members, with each user having his own account and own individual webpage. They will be able to upload their pics, write a short blog/paragraph about themselves, have others comment on their blog with the ability to delete unwanted comments. Furthermore the members must have the ability to customize their pages with graphics, music or the "kitchen sink" and be able to request, add and delete friends.
