54323 phpBB Custom Skin

We need a Custom phpBB skin for our user forums. The skin must closely match our website design located here, [login to view URL] If you need artwork, it will be provided. We just need the layout and custom templates created and we will supply you with the artwork for your image placeholders. We need it to be the same width as our website, and use a center column and a header and footer. The left column and right column should be able to have advertising put into them. There may be a phpBB module which does this already. best if handled by a add in mod for phpBB that allows us to change advertising from the forum admin page. Max bix $100
