Hi 1. I want to enable a customer to be able to select different frames for their uploaded images. 2. They should be able to select a background color aswell. 3. Admin control of frame and background colors. 4. Uploaded images are to be for the client only and not viewable by other site visitors(private). 5. Should be easily adaptable to fit other programs- php/mysql please.
