A few changes / updates to my wordpress site

I have an ecommerce wordpress site. I need a few tasks to be done on it: 1. I want someone to fix up the responsiveness. At the moment, it moves right down to mobile phone size. I have recently made some changes, so this doesn't work so well anymore. I want someone to remove the responsiveness, altogether (although it must still show on a tablet without having to horizontal scroll). 2. The 'shop' page that shows the various products looks too amateur. I want someone to make it look more appealing / professional. Shouldn't be too hard, but just needs the right person (I would prefer thumbnails to increase in size, so might need to be regenerated). There will be ongoing work for the right person (for this site and others).
