Sales Budget Reporting

Development of a “Sales to budget” report and a weekly “Sales to budget Flash” report for our company web portal. Please reference this list of Data tables to read data from:  General Ledger Actual Summarization Table o On a nightly basis general ledger actual data for the days sales will be compiled in to summary totals.  General Ledger Budget Table o This table will contain sales budgets to be matched to actual  Countries Table o Lists all countries our company currently does business in.  Regions Table o Containing the company’s sales regions  Territories Table o Containing our company’s sales territories  Sales Representatives Table o Containing the company’s sales representatives  Region’s Territories Link Table o Linking Territories to a Region  Region’s Sales Representatives Link Table o Linking Regions to a Sales Representative as Regional Manager of the assigned regions  Territory’s Sales Representatives Link Table o Linking Territories to a Sales Representative as Territory Manager of the assigned territories  Manager’s Sales Representatives Link Table o Linking Regional Manager to a Sales Representative as District Manager of the assigned Regional Managers Developed reports must adhere to restrictions compiled by our company’s CIO. When sales representative accesses the company web portal Territory Managers are only allowed to see their sales data. Regional Managers are only allowed to see their Territory Managers sales data District Managers are only allowed to see their Regional Managers sales data Upper Management and Administrators are allowed to see all sales data Note: Administrators, Upper Management, District and Regional Managers will be given the option to see a Detailed or Summary result. Summarized results can be selected to show totaling up to the requester’s title. Before bidding on this job, consultant must possess the following skills: Database Knowledge (MySQL and/or MSSQL), PHP 5 or better, JavaScript, Familiarity of Ajax and PHP Frameworks (Yii would be an example of a PHP Framework and/or If you know the internal working of Morfik then you would have a good understanding of a PHP Framework) If you meet the above requirements please submit your bid in order to be considered for the job.
