volatile equator I am available to get started ASAP and have gone through your attached document for the requested modifications and I should be able to have it done within 24 hours of accepting. The only thing so far that I could not think of an obvious solution to by looking at the problem was the background tearing for the apply button form toggle. Its obvious that it is happening because the page is stretching and the browser is not properly reapplying the background. But that shouldn't be a problem, just a little tricky thats all.
