Fix Small Errors and Make Small Additions to my website

Hi, well my website has been customized already. I just need some small fixes and additions. I have some errors on the layerslider and the contact form. Basically the slider isn’t working meaning the elements are not moving like they are supposed to with this theme, and the contact form is not working like it used to either. When I send messages I don’t get an email when a message is sent like it used to and takes me to a weird url. Where there’s an ugly green square made out of a thin line which I would prefer to take out. It was not doing any of that before. It would just have 2 little wheel like arrows as it was sending it, and when it was sent it would display the “message sent succesfully” message and I would receive an email about it. These are all things the contact form CF7 plugin, does normally so it’s just about fixing it, not programming. I also need to add social media buttons and amount box display on the right side of the header. I made a quick mockup for this. Basically take out the menu links, social icons and telephone and put my costum social buttons for which I will provide a jpeg file. I also need the header to do something it did when I first installed the theme, meaning it’s a feature of the theme, where the header shrinks a little and drags down as you scroll down the page. The consulta gratis and enviar ahora buttons all “wait” until I hover the mouse over them for the first time to load and I wish they would load as the page loads so that when I hover over they change immediately. I would also like to access the "enviar ahora" button *.png file so that I can modify it, both the orange and the blue when one hovers over it, basically just need the url path if they have one. I would also like access the contact form background image (sunset lake image) to modify it aswell. I also need the back-to-top button to do the same smoth scroll back to the top as it did when I first installed the theme. Also please delete the menu links at the bottom of the website. I also need to fix the position of some questionnaires for our services on separate pages which I have created so I just need to put the text on the center. I also need to know how to make them not be indexed by google. I also need to know if my google + authorship link was installed correctly. Finally I need the website to be fully responsive on all mobile devices. That’s it! Thank You! :)
