Typo3 Template Creation

We are in need of a Typo3 developer to develop a custom theme. It will be designed as a responsive website that will fill the screen of whatever device the user is coming in on. It absolutely must be functional across desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile. The site has the following requirements: • Informational content for both the customer facing site and the franchisee recruitment site (franchisee site will live in a subdirectory of the main site) • A blog with multiple authors, so must support a multi-level authentication system with manager approval and/or notifications • 10 – 12 regional managers landing pages • 170 +/- advisor bio pages with optional blog postings per advisor • Data collection for newsletter/leads • Franchise opportunities listing • Optimization of architecture and content for search engines, so must support HTML custom fonts and specific keywords, title and meta-tags on a per-page basis. • Responsive design • Parallax-style homepage • Thematic support of multiple language versions of the website Major sections of the website to include but not be limited to: • Registration for newsletter • Find an Advisor (zip code, city or name entry – text field with radio button switch) • Newsletter/Blog • Testimonials • Case Studies w/ downloadable PDFs (+/- 118) • Regional Manager Landing Pages (10 – 12) • Advisors Landing Pages + Blogs (+/- 170) In-depth site architecture and wireframes can be presented upon request. We will have specific milestones and review dates that must be adhered to. We also require that development be done in our environment so we can monitor progress.
