Hi, there is few option for you. 1 you uploading manual your videos to site, as fileuploads cant be uploaded more than 200mb (its not recomended) low load time is independed on your website :-) its on servers hardware and resources also traffic with concurent users. Quit expensive, but can be done. 3rd option use video on demand, with drm license and pay per view even function, but starting costs are little bit expensive.
