Sales Quoting System With Email Capability

We nee this VERY quickly please: We need a way to do the following online... If you have a script that may work already, please show us what you have!! •Web Based Program with Login using Username and Password. •Ability to have a line item to subtract a down payment •Specify Admin or Sales Rep Rights •Ability to enter and maintain our products, services, and prices in the Admin area via Gui to build a product database that can be easily modified when products change or the price is modified •Have a customized quoting system that can pull products and services from the above database and create an attractive Quote sheet that can be emailed to the client via PDF , along with documents that will reside in the sales database. •Ability to email the custom quotes out and attach pre-defined attachments to our clients from an integrated document library •Ability to offer a % discount as a line item in the quote. •Ability to store that clients info along with the ability to track the emails sent to them and a way to tie any and all signed contracts from that customer by simple search •Have the application built around the look of our website •Ability to merge a quote into our TOS and Contract to be ready for mailing via PDF All would be accessed by employees only.
