73569 Serious E-Commerce Project

Basic Requirements: Need an eCommerce/CMS system to sell our partners products & online courses & to manage their accounts along all accountancy to serve them our best with 100% customizable thru admin panel with few steps setup & backup feature. Terms & Conditions: 1) All documents (mp3 files + PDF flow chart + detailed word documents) can be downloaded from here [login to view URL] 2) Please listen & read all the documents/mp3 before posting your bid. We are only interested in serious programming team. So please don't copy paste things. It won't leave an impression. 3) You must have at lest one project in your portfolio/review related to CMS or customized shopping & affiliate systems. 4) We retain all copyrights to everything you produce. 5) No hourly rates. 6) You should be available on YM & MSN messengers and have a phone contact. 7) If something from your original work breaks you will fix it at no extra cost within reason. 8) Once finished with this project we would need the same team for another serious project like this. 9) Winning team has to accept this project in 3 parts/modules & 50% escrow payment will be released for all 3 projects/modules after fully completed on your server & rest 50% on fully completed on our servers. 10) 50% of amount (escrow) will be paid when we see the site running on your server and 100% (Escrow) when site runs on ours. (Negotiable). 11) We already have the best designing team we need so please try to bid low & for programming only. All images & graphics are provided by us only as required for initial layout. 12) Team can use any popular existing code/system (oscommerce etc.) to save our time & money but still we need one full system working together with same admin & single setup system. 13) We wants the Beta project to be running by April 10th (we know its aggressive schedule). Note: This system must be fully completed on our servers before final payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing final payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. We are a 6 years old company and we always pay. If you fail to meet your delaines, we will post a 1 rating in all 3 and we reserve the right to cancel the project. Please set realistic deadlines as you are expected to stick to them. If you have questions, please ask them before the project is awarded. Be aware that we are in the Eastern Time Zone (same as New York) and will expect correspondence to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 P.M. EST - 7 days a week.
