WORDPRESS BLOG / FINAL TOUCHES

hello programmers, last month a programmer from china has started to build my site in wordpress, but he wasnt able to finish it on time. [login to view URL] the structure of the site is pretty much done. most of the plugin stuff works. though the MENU of the site does not work. this has to be fixed.. since the site has 6 languages, the menu also has to be in several languages. right now it is 6 some points of the menu can hava a submenu. the menu has a rollover, the submenu a diferent one. i attached a layout for you to hav a idea.. as you can see there is a small gav between the active menu item and the non active.. the last programmer also wrote a plugin to change the background color of the site, but i guess it does not work really. so it needs a cleanup as well.. the site has to work on safari and FF and on IE.. obviously.. i deliver the site as it is right now. all the code and plugins. i think it is around 5-6 hours of work.. i need this done as fast as possible. thank you.
