Emailing script (updated, Previous one is cancelled)

Hello, We need an emailing script. I previously posted a job but we made some changes to our project. So You can skip the previous and take a look at this and make your bids please. (I am sorry for the disturbance). We will contact with the bidders that comes with the best proposal and price at the end of the bidding process. Regarding trust we prefer to work with bidders with a good profile and previous work experience. The idea: As previously mentioned, we need an emaling script for a webpage. On this page the visitor would be able to send an email to any of his friends by entering receiver's email in the recipient box and a short message. There will be a Title box too but title box will be filled automatically when the visitor first clicks a topic of his interest. The layout: (illustrated in the attachments) The index page will be covered with several short titles spread around the page randomly in different fonts and colors. These titles should be not in a straight order but at different angles on the page. (A user will click any of these titles and a small messaging box will appear above the page. The tile will appear on the title box automatically and it won't be written manually by the user. He will only need to enter the recipient email in the recipient box and a short message in the messaging box. Then he will click "Send" button and the email will be sent to the reciever while a "Your message is sent successfully to the recipient" will appear and then automatically will redirect to the beginning in case the user may send another message. About the wall titles: The titles that I described above should be able to renewed or new ones to be added over time. So You need to provide a method for the admin to add new titles to the wall including font and color selection for the titles. Admin panel for database: All of the emails, the titles, sent messages should also be saved in a database and should be viewable with an admin panel. I made simple sample pages, see attachment files please. These are just to give you the impression of what we think. We would like it to be visually appealing. At the bottom of the index page, we need to links to two pages which are privacy policy and contact us. Please let us know if you need any clarification or have any questions about our project.
