Hook up a Web UI page to MySQL database

Hook up a production Web UI page to a MySQL database as per spec attached. Also see a Jpeg of the desired page. Both Web page and MySQL already exist with matching features to be hooked up (we will provide the CSS/HTML of the page and an import of the database). Implementation must be then deployable and testable on our own server as part of our overall website for which it is intended. Desired skills: PHP, MySQL, CSS/HTML Bidders, please indicate relevant experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4.) All information, designs, specification and software code trasmitted to the Coder during this project is considered buyer's Confidential information. Coder agrees not to disclose this Confidential information to any third party without Buyers's explicitly written agreement. Coder agrees not to use such Confidential information for any purpose other than the delivery of this project. 5) Design spec - See jpeg attached to see what the target hook up page looks like - Hook up this page to a MySQL database (we'll provide) to display data as shown on page. - The MySQL database already has all the right fields tosupport this page, including an admin HTML page. So no alterations to the database should be required. - Dynamically wrap the displayed hyperlinks in Google Analytics code in the HTML source for our tracking purposes (we will provide the analytics code which needs to be added to the links.) - Add simple pagination (not shown on the page). 20 items displayed/per page. - May need to adjust the pull-down list of items displayed to match that which is available from the MySQL database. - Also, in the white space in the right-hand column, display the top few items that match results from one of the pull-down menue options (we will indicate which one). Do the same for each page for reach of the 3 other tabs...(Tabs are hown on the Jpeg, but not the pages. But all these page have the same right hand column/blank space where to display some such top items..) - Make the resulting page URLs "static looking", rather than showing full query terms in the URL.
