JWPlayer function needed to show image/link within video

we use JWPlayer from Longtailvideo to show video files on a website. we need a freelancer which shows us how to do the following. maybe you have to be able to develop custom code for us (Plugin, addon, whatever) 1. we want to show an image at the end of each videofile (different image for different video). if user clicks on this image, a given url will open 2. we want to show any text or any image during the video playback with a link. if user clicks on this link, the url will open. the code must be entered in the embed code, so we can use it without doing development on our own. so we want to use some easy addon code to the embed code of the video to define the image, the position, the size, the opacity, the link and if the image will be shown at the end or during video file. the function/script must work offline and online. optional tell me, if it is possible to show more than one image in the same video and if it is possible to set a start and endtime for an image/link which is shown during the playback. your bid includes the complete development of this (plugin/addon) and a detailed step by step instruction how to use it (PDF with detailed description and screenshots) for our client. if this can not be done with JWPlayer, make suggestion which other we can use (HTML5 only) the development will give us the right to use this with no limitation.
