Need website work

MUST HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOM STYLING OF phpBB3 Discussion forums. As well as PHP, CSS, and JavaScript skills This is a two day job at most. A very experienced person with the skills i listed should be able to finish it in a day. THATS WHO I AM LOOKING FOR! Website is made up of the user front end, and the admin back end (control panel) See attached file for website url! EASY ITEMS 1.) change database name from airdata to ABLDB 2.) forgotten password not working on login page. It use to work, but does no longer. I think it needs the new password to send the mail through smtp server. see forgotten username for example (it works) 3.) contact us not working (same issue as in #2) 3.) Invite a friend not working (same issue as #2 - but also, the email received does not have parameters in text message filled in) 4.) when creating new membership, the user receives a thank you message, then returns user to main page. That thank you page should stay up for a bit longer, it should state if user hasn't received the confirmation email, that they should check their spam folder. Maybe use that spinner animation used when logging out? 4.) in admin panel - purge events by date range (user enters a date range and all events in that range are deleted that fall within that range 5.) add usertype to admin users page grid. Admin should be able to change usertype of a user. When admin changes usertype, email is sent to user when their user type has been changed by admin. This should also be a new eventype added to table and logged to events table each time a usertype is changed on a user 6.) Add email field to admin list in admin control panel. admin should a listed email address (same as username for smtp server from #2) 7.) I should not be able to create an admin account using the same username as any other username. Additionally, when an admin account is created, the user should receive an email stating that an admin account was created for them, with the username & password 8.) in admin control panel, messages pages should show the newest messages first 9.) In admin control panel , On messages page - change Email Id column to just E-Mail 10.) On Contact us page, request details should be in black font 11.) should not be able to add admin as a friend HARDER ITEMS 11.) Style my phpBB3 Discussion forum so it has same style and look and feel as rest of website
