The following requirements must be adhered to, in order to receive payment from escrow: • The contractor must provide all source files including graphics. • The contractor cannot have any referencing back their name or company anywhere within the entire website or database. • The contractor must demonstrate his/her finished website on our server, which is Linux and Windows hosting technology. • Each website page must be viewed and function correctly using the following browsers: IE-7+, Firefox 3.0+, Safari and Google Chrome. • The contractor must provide all HEX color codes used throughout the entire website. • Coding shall consist of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and Adobe Flash. • Coding shall also facilitate a database yet to be determined. • Each website page must pass W3C CSS and HTML validation. • The contractor will release all copyrights including any specially developed code or graphics. • No existing copyrighted material can be used neither in the coding or graphics.
