Joomla - Jom Social - music plugin or component needed

We would like someone to create this music plugin or component which will be installed on to our jom social community - which will enable users to upload music which will be sold on their profile - they can also take these beats and sell them on other sites using this embed codes plugin or component requirements; - all tracks uploaded will need to have, tittle, description, Genre, Automatic track time, tempo, Rating, Price(username will be users artist name) - before user starts uploading they will need to enter their paypal details - all money will go to their paypal - all tracks will be stores in a database - we would like you to create a nice professional flash player, which will have a banner at the bottom linking to [login to view URL] - flash player needs to have selling features - downloads will be automatic - after Paypal purchase - customers will be redirected to our site for download links - if any email then they will also receive email download - a beat page - showing all recent uploaded beats in date order - Modules - Recent tracks, Top Sold tracks - Top Tracks sold this month, Top producer this month, top rated tracks, most viewed tracks, top rated producers -user should be able to see my account menu showing, embed player link, my orders, my beats (upload, edit, delete tracks), paypal settings - we would like a feature where user will upload a watermark which will overplay over all tracks - this is so that no users can copy their tracks - like voice tag to stop producers stealing their produced music - we would like jom social user theme to be adjusted - having this flash player at the top of the page - upload up to 20 tracks per user profile - 3mb maximum limit - when user upload track we would like to show this in homepage activities admin panel to control sales, beats, limits to upload sizes, delete edit and so and so...admin stuff this is a coll project and very exiting please let me know if your a developer ready to start, thank you
